There are four board meetings every year. Interviews are scheduled with several board members who will then make their recommendation regarding acceptance to the full board at the next meeting. Families will be notified regarding acceptance following the board meeting.

For entrance to the Japanese Track, the student’s Japanese level will be assessed.

For entrance to the English Track, the student’s English level will be assessed.

Their current language level must be within two grades of their age level. [e.g., For a student to begin in E-track in 7th grade (1st grade of middle school), their reading, speaking, listening, and writing ability should be equal to or higher than a 5th-grade level.]
